First of all please understand that sailing on a boat and a ship are different. We are talking about 11 storey, massive floating hotel carrying around 3000 passengers. While sailing there is no effect of waves on the ship due to its massive size and its much smoother than on flying on a plane. Secondly Mediterranean is a closed ocean between Europe & Africa and has no big waves like Atlantic or Pacific Ocean. However if you still have concerns, our reception always provide tablets for sea sickness, to those feel so.
