Day 1, 30 Jun (Thu) Dubai to Melbourne

Evening Assemble at Dubai International airport and meet with Hudson & Parker tour director who will be accompanying you in your trip and will be your first point of contact during the entire program. After a short program briefing, you will be guided to complete your check-in & immigration formalities.

Day 2, 01 Jul (Fri) Arrive Melbourne

Melbourne, Victoria’s coastal capital, is a city of stately 19th-century buildings and tree-lined boulevards. Yet at its centre is the strikingly modern Federation Square development, with plazas, bars, restaurants and cultural events along the Yarra River. In Southbank, the Melbourne Arts Precinct is site of Arts Centre Melbourne – a performing arts complex – and National Gallery of Victoria, displaying Australian and Indigenous art.

Arrival, After 15½ hrs non-stop flight we will land at Melbourne Tullamarine Airport at 9.25 PM.

Transfer, After immigration & customs, our tour director will guide you to the waiting coach for your transfer to hotel Rydges.

Hotel, Rydges Melbourne or Travelodge South Bank or Holiday Inn On Flinders
We will be using any one of the above hotels, as per the group size.

Day 3, 02 Jul (Sat) Melbourne

Breakfast at hotel.

Tour, Melbourne City tour covering Bourke Street Mall, Collins Street, St. Pauls Cathedral, Princess and Regent Theatres. Melbourne Town Hall, Royal Exhibition Buildings, Federation Square. Royal Botanic Gardens, Shrine of Remembrance. Bolte Bridge, Southbank Waterfront, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, War Memorial, guided tour of the Melbourne Cricket Ground etc. We then proceed to Yarra River Cruise You’ll get a new perspective on Melbourne from your Yarra River cruise. Accompanied by informative commentary that brings the past alive with historical details about Melbourne’s original settlement by the port. Have your camera ready on your Yarra River cruise as you’ll want to capture the city views and gardens you’ll pass along the way.

Day 4, 03 Jul (Sun) Melbourne

Breakfast at hotel.

Day free, for shopping and optional tours.

Optional, Philip Island tour covering Koala Conservation Centre (see koalas up close from treetop boardwalks, and join a ranger-led eco-explorer tour to learn more about these beloved Australian animals). Our next stop is Churchill Island Heritage Farm (explore the homestead and working farm to watch daily farming activities like milking cows and sheep shearing sheep, Kangaroos, and local birdlife). We proceed to the Nobbies (Australia’s largest colony of fur seals and enjoy views of Seal Rocks from the chain of boardwalks.) and finally by sunset we reach Penguin Parade (watch the world’s smallest penguins waddle out of the sea and parade across Summerland Beach to their sand burrows.)

Melbourne Helicopter ride (15 minutes). This tour will take you across the city where you can get the glimpse of all attractions from the sky.

Day 5, 04 Jul (Mon) Melbourne – Auckland - Rotorua

Early check-out  (breakfast on board).

Day 7, 06 Jul (Wed) Auckland - Sydney

Tour, Half day Auckland city tour covering Harbour Bridge (an 1020 m long, eight-lane box truss motorway bridge, 43 m above water), North Shore, Queen Street, Viaduct Harbour (Auckland’s popular waterfront restaurant & bars), Auckland Domain (Auckland’s oldest park), Parnell, Tamaki Drive (the famous coastal road along Waitematā Harbour), and finally visit Kelly Tartons Aquarium (home to 1800 plus marine creatures & Antarctic Penguins in Antarctic Encounter & Underwater World).

Tour, Sydney City tour covering Darling Harbour (oldest port in Sydney), Harbour Bridge (Australis’s iconic bridge built in 1932, 6th longest spanning-arch bridge in the world, tallest steel arch bridge, measuring 134 m from top to water level. also the world’s widest long-span bridge, at 48.8 m wide, carrying rail, vehicular, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic between the Sydney central business district and the North Shore.), Sydney Opera House (multi-venue performing arts center, construction from 1957 but formally opened in 1973, by Queen Elizabeth II, host over 1,500 performances attended by some 1.2 million people and visited by 7million people visit the site each year) Sydney Tower (2nd tallest observation tower in the Southern Hemisphere, 309 m), The Rocks (urban tourist locality), Mrs. Macquarie’s Chair (rock cut bench, hand carved by convicts from sandstone in 1810 for Governor Macquarie’s wife Elizabeth), Hyde Park (the oldest public parkland in Australia spread over 16.2-hectare), Kings Cross and Bondi Beach (7kms long famous beach).

Enjoy a 1.5-hour Sydney harbour cruise on board our Private boat witnessing, early-evening views of Sydney Harbour with sunset. At the backdrop of sunset and city lights, enjoy a drink (spirits, beer and cocktail) of your choice.

Transfer, to Circular Quay or Darling Harbour and take a ferry ride to Taronga Zoo

Tour, Visit Taronga Zoo (Overlooking Sydney harbor, the only city zoo in Southern Hemisphere, housing 4,000 animals of 340 species, spread out to 52-acres, divided into eight zoogeographic regions. Your activities can be varied from Safari Cable car, Zoo keeper talks, animal shows, bird show, animal petting etc)
